We want every purchase to arrive as expected and meet your satisfaction. If you need to request a return, please contact us at thustle1983@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, washing, alterations, or customer-caused damage may not be accepted.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards, items marked Final Sale, and any products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Sale or promotional items may also have different return conditions where clearly stated.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email thustle1983@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
